Description

Six 200 ml jars chosen so that someone can cook a curry from scratch on the day the box arrives, without a further shopping trip.

Contents: Masala, Haldi, Jeera (whole), Dhania Powder, Garam Masala, Mustard Seeds — 200 ml each.

Three of the six are used at the start of cooking, in the oil. Two are used in the body of the dish. Garam masala goes in at the end. The card in the box says so, for anyone who is still learning the order.
