Time
Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are packed the same day. Delivery to main centres takes two to three working days, and to outlying areas three to five.
You will get a tracking number by email when the parcel leaves us.
How we pack
Glass jars are wrapped individually and packed in a rigid box. If a jar arrives broken, send a photograph within 48 hours and we will replace it — see Returns.
