Terms and conditions
These terms apply to orders placed on madamemasala.co.za. They are governed by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.
Who we are

Prices
Prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. We may change prices, but not after you have placed an order.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we refund that line in full.
